The tea in this package is pictured on the right. 1st let me say that American skullcap is a great herb to help relax the body and mind. That aside, I cannot say good things about this brand. I've purchased this brand twice and the brown almost straw like herb is what I received. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. Good skullcap should look like the green bag on the left of the photo. What I got booth times looked wrong, smelled wrong and tasted truly awful. Be aware and look at the herb before you use it. From other reviews I'm assuming they had some bad batches while others were good. Make sure to look first!!! The wrong kind of herb can hurt you if your not careful.

    This Scullcap tea works better (helps you sleep sounder) and tastes far better than that budda brand. I alternate between this and Traditional Medicinals lemon balm tea before bed, for a better night's rest.

    Skullcap is my go to tea for headaches.. Within 20 minutes or less of drinking a cup my headache is gone. It never fails. Highly recommend this tea and this herb!

    My kids don't care for the smell BUT I really e joy the tea. It is very calming and soothing. I recommend letting it simker in the pot for about 20 minutes. I put the tea bag and about sixteen ounces of water on the pot and set a kitchen sink timer for twenty minutes. Then I start the burner at medium. It's good alone or with a dash of organic honey after it has cooled.
