Mehron’s Mixing Liquid can be used to apply glitter, thin out airbrush makeup, and can be pressed on top of lip and brow products to make them transfer resistant. It can also be used to restore a dried-out cream product, such as brow pomade or cream eyeshadows. Mixing Liquid can be used to find new uses for powdered products, turning them into lipstick, eyeshadow, or eyeliner.
HOW TO USE: Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with pigments like Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powder to create an opaque, long-wear liquid makeup. Apply the mixture with a brush or sponge.
