Why do my new towels look thin? Are there missing towels?

Don’t worry, these towels are compressed before shipping so they look thinner than the pictures show. Just wash to recover. The hand towels and face towels are wrapped between the bath towels and all the product is not visible through the packaging.

How should you wash the towels?

Wash towels after every 4-5 days at around 30°C. Separately. Lightly toss or jolt the towels just before drying to fluff the fibers on the surface. It is advisable to dry the towels in direct sunlight or tumble dry on low heat.

What can i do to prevent my towels from shedding fibers?

Fiber shedding is a natural process. It can‘t be prevented completely.

High temperatures damage fibers and increase shedding.

Don’t overload the washing machine. A half filled washing machine can reduce fabric friction and results in lower shedding.

Any other suggestions?

Fabric softener coats the fibers of your towel and actually reduces the absorbency of your towels.

Always use a light detergent when washing.
