1. Prep the eye with foundation or concealer, followed by a light dusting of powder. This will allow the product to better “grip” the eye and increase longevity. <\/p>\n

2. Take the pencil and angle it close to the lash line. Begin drawing your line by following the natural curve of your eye. <\/p>\n

3. Apply a little more pressure to the pencil to get a deeper payoff right along the lashes or waterline and keep blending upward along the top lid, slightly out toward your temple. Use the smudge tip to blend, blend and blend a little more! Go a little lighter underneath the bottom lashes. <\/p>\n
